COVID-19 Coronavirus protocol

We are aware of the concerns with the COVID-19 virus and would like you to know of some changes to ensure your health and wellness at Highlands EyeCare

For the safety and care for our patients at Highlands EyeCare, we will be cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces daily in common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, phones, desks, toilets, sinks, pens, computers, etc) We will wipe down Morning, Afternoon and Evening. We request that ALL employees wash their hands after each patient interaction.

We may ask you when you come in, or on the phone, if you have a fever or an upper respiratory infection/issue. IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS, we may ask you to reschedule until your symptoms subside.

We will strive to continue our superior level of care for as long as possible through the duration of worldwide concern and will notify you of any changes to business hours or closures as soon as possible.
